 Cody is a proud USAF veteran with over 25 years in the dental industry, dedicated to delivering excellence in patient care and practice innovation. His journey has been shaped by a passion for technology and leadership:

• 20+ years of CAD/CAM expertise creating same-day, in-office restorations.
• 16+ years in corporate dentistry, serving in key roles such as: 
  • IT Specialist – streamlining tech solutions for dental practices.
  • Clinical Advisory Team Member – guiding best practices and clinical standards.
  • OSHA Coordinator – ensuring compliance and safety across operations.
  • Project Manager & Team Lead Trainer – driving projects and empowering teams through training and mentorship.

His mission is simple: combine cutting-edge technology with proven experience to help practices thrive and patients smile.

After decades of working at the fore-front of technology and clinical practice, Cody recognized a growing need in the dental industry: small/medium practices struggling to keep pace with the large DSOs in finalizing modern digital workflows while managing costs and staffing challenges.

Driven by this insight, Simmons Dental Solutions (SDS) was created with a dual-branch approach—combining rapid digital dental lab services with comprehensive consulting expertise. Our mission is simple: empower dental practices to deliver same-day treatments and integrate cutting-edge technology without the burden of hiring specialized in-house staff.

From our early beginnings as a home-based operation, Simmons Dental Solutions has embraced a lean and agile model to deliver exceptional service while maintaining efficiency. This approach allows us to focus on innovation and client success without unnecessary overhead. As demand grows, we are prepared to scale strategically, ensuring that every step forward aligns with our commitment to quality and personalized service.

What sets us apart? Speed and expertise. While traditional labs take up to 16 hours to process same day digital impressions, our lab reduces turnaround to just 8–12 minutes per unit, enabling practices to offer same-day restorations, elevate patient satisfaction, and the clinical benefits of not having a temporary in place for two weeks or longer. 

Alongside our rapid lab services, Simmons Dental Solutions provides comprehensive consulting designed to support dentists at every level of experience. We guide practices through all aspects of modern dentistry, including practice management systems (PMS), OSHA compliance, operational workflows, and clinical advancements. Unlike traditional supplier models, our approach is educational and collaborative, ensuring dentists receive guidance tailored to their needs rather than sales pressure. We focus on helping you make informed decisions that fit your practice’s unique needs, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and long-term success.

 As Simmons Dental Solutions grows, we plan to transition into a state-of-the-art commercial facility equipped with advanced CAD/CAM technology and secure infrastructure to support both on-site and remote teams. This evolution reflects our commitment to efficiency, quality, and personalized service.

We recognize the changing workforce landscape—many skilled professionals now seek remote opportunities. Our model will continue to serve as an extension of your team, eliminating the struggle of hiring and retaining specialized staff. At the same time, our consulting services will remain flexible, offering on-site training and support when needed to ensure your practice thrives with the latest technology and best practices.

While our primary focus will remain on enabling same-day turnaround for dentists to fabricate restorations in their own offices, we also plan to establish a small in-house group dedicated to fabricating restorations for practices that need additional support. This hybrid approach ensures we can meet diverse client needs while maintaining our core mission of empowering dental practices through speed, innovation, and education.
